A few words from people who have trusted Advanced Plumbing and Heating with their homes.
The team at Advanced Plumbing And Heating were extremely professional and easy to work with. They helped us make good, informed decisions during our renovation.
Highly recommend. Turned up when he said he would. Friendly and polite. Took shoes off without even having to ask. Explained what he was doing and why. Made sure everything was left tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you!
Has been servicing my boiler, cylinder and maintaining my heating system for over 5 years now. Always a pleasure to have round. Love having a catch-up and a chat every time he visits. Very rare to have someone show so much care for not only my appliances but respect.
Can't recommend enough. Came to my rescue at short notice after another plumber locally took my money and never returned leaving me in turmoil. Honest, reliable and a lovely person x
I had issues with my radiators not heating up correctly downstairs. I got in touch as I was told by a previous engineer that the system required a powerflush, but I wanted a second opinion. Came out to have a look at the day and time stated and was earlier than expected.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Advanced Plumbing and Heating, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire experience was seamless and professional.
Quite possibly the best plumbing and heating engineer around. Highly recommended.
Fast, Friendly and extremely efficient service. Workmanship carried out to the highest standard and my home was left tidier than when he arrived, which is rare for a tradesman.
We needed a new boiler ready for winter and called a few people to take a look. Rob came out and was amazing. He was super friendly and explained everything to us so well. He was clean and tidy and was the best plumber we have used by far. Will definitely use him again. Thanks again, Rob.
After being let down by 2 plumbers, Rob came at short notice to service my boiler. Rob is a friendly and knowledgeable guy. He is very thorough as my boiler had never had so many checks and tests during any other service. His prices are very reasonable too. I am very pleased and highly recommended
Can't recommend Rob enough - great service, very reasonable pricing and quite happy to explain everything as he goes - if you need a plumber, he's your man!
Rob was brilliant, fitted us in as soon as possible and was able to diagnose the heating issue and fix it on the same day!
Fantastic service! Woke up to a leak, contacted Rob, and he came out the same day. He arrived when he said he would, was professional and friendly, and kept me updated throughout. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. I’ve already recommended him to my friends and family!
We had been let down by two plumbers and then reached out to Rob. He got straight back to us and turned up on his lunch break the next day. He diagnosed, ordered the part and fixed our boiler within 24 hours. He kept us informed throughout and provided a friendly and professional service. Highly recommended.
We left a message for Advanced Plumbing and Heating via their website to get a quote on a small job that needed completing. The reply was very swift, professional and thorough to ensure that they had the resources ready to complete the job. Rob fitted us in quickly and was very respectful and friendly.
Would definitely recommend Rob. Very reliable, friendly and did a great job. Reminders sent so knew when he was arriving which was brilliant. He seems to really care about providing a reliable service for his customers with repeat business. Thank you.
We always asked for Rob at his previous place of work, before he went solo. If you want an old-school plumber who knows his trade, cares and goes that extra mile, he's your man. Delighted to have a plumber who isn't grumpy.
Great service, on time, clean tidy and not expensive. Can highly recommend, I will be using Advanced Plumbing and Heating from now on, for all my heating and plumbing jobs.
Five stars - found business on Google and messaged Rob. Replied over the weekend and came out to fix the boiler in no time. We now have hot water and heating again! Lifesaver.
Great service from Rob as usual. Would highly recommend!
I have used this guy twice now, once for a boiler and heating system service and also to replace a shower pump with a further plumbing job to do. On both occasions he has been professional, knowledgeable and taken pride in his work (something that is lacking these days).
Rob has serviced our boilers (both for rented properties and our home) for a number of years. He has also carried out a number of plumbing-related repairs. We have always found Rob to be prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob and wish him every success.
I would recommend this company to anyone. Honest, reliable, punctual and excellent at the work completed. Also, quality of work is very good for a very reasonable price. Thank you for your service.
Great experience with Rob, he responded to my query quickly and on a weekend, offering advice to try myself and then came to look for me the next working day and arranged to complete that work the same week. Communication from Rob and updates on quotes and appointments were all fantastic.
★★★★★ 5-star service from Rob. Always willing to assist, responds quickly and is very professional. Rob has helped me on a few occasions when needed at the last minute. Thanks, Rob!
We have recently had Rob to replace our boiler and have been very impressed with his professionalism and workmanship. He was quick to respond to our initial enquiry & discuss our requirements before providing us with a very reasonable quotation. He kept us informed throughout the process
Top class service from Rob. Quick response - efficient - always friendly and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service. Robert was polite, thorough, and true to his word. Brilliant company. I will definitely be using this company again. You are a star, Robert!
Very professional. Rob arrived on time as arranged, even sending a couple of messages prior keeping me informed. During the visit he explained everything before carrying out the work. Definitely felt like he cares about his clients.
Rob has just serviced my boiler for another year. I think this is the 4th year he has done this. He is very efficient, friendly and professional. We always have a chat while he is working. He is always cheerful. Always recommend him to family and friends.
We have had exceptional service twice now from Rob at very short notice. Solved the problem we had each time quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent as was value for money. Would recommend without hesitation.
I have used Rob on many occasions over the past few years at my home and at my son's home. His work has always been first class both in regard to heating and plumbing jobs. Most recently fitting a new washbasin and unit in the bathroom and a new gas hob in the kitchen. Rob is very approachable and friendly and always ready to help with large or small jobs. His prices are very competitive and I shall definitely be using him again.
Good boiler service and chat!
Rob was brilliant, quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
