**CANCELLATION POLICY**

1. **General Policy**

We value your time and appreciate your business. When you book an appointment with

**Advanced Plumbing and Heating**, we reserve a dedicated time slot specifically for you.

Because our operations cover a wide service network, late cancellations significantly impact our daily routing and prevent us from assisting other clients effectively.

2. **Cancellation Notice Period**

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of **48 hours** notice. 

Providing ample notice allows us to reallocate the scheduled time to another customer in need of our services.

3. **Late Cancellations**

Cancellations made with less than **48 hours'** notice will be subject to a late cancellation

fee of **£65**. 

This fee is necessary to help cover the lost time and travel preparations made by our engineers.

4. **No-Shows**

If our engineer arrives at your property at the scheduled time and cannot gain access, or if you are not present, it will be considered a "no-show." 

No-shows will incur a standard callout charge to cover the engineer's travel expenses and time.

5. **Emergency Situations**

We understand that true emergencies and unavoidable circumstances happen. If you

must cancel at the last minute due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Management reserves the right to waive cancellation fees in these exceptional

circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
